We had a comfortable stay. My mom got strain in legs and staff helped her with bandage and cream to reduce pain. Rooms are big and clean.Smells really nice. Breakfast was served on table so you don't have to run all the time to get stuff.

Probably the best value for money we got in Switzerland. It's amazing how much attention to details they have here, starting from various sockets, ending with smoothies for breakfast. The staff is shiny and welcoming. And oh this breakfast, finally lots of fruit, vegetables and warm meals. Free parking. I am impressed and cannot say anything negative at all. Widnau might not be that touristically attractive, but if you drive, I recommend staying here shortly to explore St. Gallen, Appenzel with its cheese farm, chocolarium and Appenzell village, Säntis mount and it's also a short ride to Luxembourg.

I loved the friendly staff! The room was very clean, even though the hotel is on the road side it is still quiet in the room. Nice shower. Nice bed to sleep after long tiring day. The breakfast is nice. The food from the menu in the restaurant is just amazing, seasonal, fresh. The local wine that I was suggested was very delicious, loved both red and white. Coffee was also very delicious. Shortly, I would really suggest this hotel. They are 3 stars hotel, but for the atmosphere, food, service and the friendly staff - they are 5 star hotel!

Very good hotel while travelling. It was possible to check-in automatically by just grabbing the key and entering the room. I will book again while travelling from Italy to Germany by car to split the trip in two.

I was recommended this hotel by a relative who lives locally. The bedroom I stayed in was a good size, clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was small but perfectly adequate. We ate at the hotel on one evening and the food was great. Great quality, very tasty and good portion sizes. The staff I encountered were all lovely and very helpful. I would happily return,

We chose the hotel because of the self check-in system and it was very helpful as we booked spontaneously in the evening. The room was overall fine, a bit more worn off than it looks in the pictures but still had anything we needed. The hotel building is impressive, felt special to stay in such an authentic building. Affordable public parking nearby. Price is great for the location.

Bookin process very complicated and poor. Needed to call 4 times in front of the entry Nobody available…. Check-in was made before in-time like expected from Hotel, but at the entry nothing good… Then the room was not ready for me I tried 3 more rooms with someone from personal during multiple calls. Need to improve please. Thanks for your efforts, but it was definitely bad.

I like staying in this hotel, it was clean, authentic, very nice place in the center of town, a good breakfast. I stay for 5 days and it is great. I would recommend to stay there.
