Richard and Tania were exceptional. They manage the hotel very well. Starting from check-in until check-out were very smooth. The hotel was located at a small village by the lake. It was very quiet and calm. The room was very clean and comfortable. It felt like home. Breakfast was also very nice. There were variety selections of foods and drinks. Coffee was also very good. Richard and Tania prepared and serve the breakfast for guests. Parking was available for guests. However, access to public transports were very good. Train station and bus stop were within walking distance. The view from the hotel was spectacular. We would definitely comeback to this hotel again in the future.

Dominic and his colleagues, they are so professional. They take care of all the fine and every little deatils ( room decorations, stunning view, fabilous facilities , service room breakfast, and etc ...). They really tried hard to make the guest happy. The staff were very friendly. We arrived before 3pm which was the usual check in time but the room was already ready. We were also impressed by their efficiency as they were able to tidy up the room the next day while we had breakfast. Jean Paul at the restaurant is also very friendly. The view of the room is also fantastic!

Just as shown in the photos, the view was absolutely amazing. The two bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen made our stay incredibly comfortable (we were two couples). The hosts were kind, and the warm goodbye gift was a lovely touch. The digital key system also worked perfectly throughout our stay.

t's a spacious apartment and was ideal for me, my wife and my 2 sons. The Kitchen is well equipped, beds are comfy and the bunk beds were perfect for my 13 & 9 year olds. The views from the windows are beautiful and there is a balcony as well that's very convenient. They have slip ons of various sizes as well as they request no shoes inside the apartment, a very nice touch. its very close to the bus stop which takes only 10 minutes to Interlaken Ost and run every half an hour. The Hosts were nice and communicative so a big thumbs up to this property

The view is breathtaking, I felt like it's my own terrace since there are just few people staying there. Would recommend everyone to stay here rather than in the center of Interlaken. You're close to the nature of Swiss

Hotel staff was super friendly and accommodating. Our room had a beautiful view and the terrace was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The breakfast that was included was perfect. They even offer to make eggs or an omelette for you to accompany the cold options if you would like. Just a very short downhill walk from the closest bus stop and very easy access from Interlaken. We loved staying outside of the city and enjoyed talking a walk on the trails located right across the street from the hotel.

We had an absolutely wonderful 3-day stay at your hotel. Every request we made was met with exceptional service. We were especially impressed with the effort made to provide vegan breakfast options, and how they were thoughtfully packaged for us to take away. Very nice authentic hotel with wonderful views of the mountains and a lake at the front. Ten minutes drive from Interlaken or use of a free bus pass from the hotel, which is easy.
