Location is perfect and the hotel is clean, stuff great and food is great too. Amira is the nicest person ever and people like that are making always the huge difference comparing to other. It was 6am and not just that she was nice like oders in hotel, but she went extra mile when she saw that I am in a rush trying to grab some food before the long day ahead- offers to make me coffee to go. Maybe small thing but meant a lot! I will choose this hotel always when in Zurich. Thank you Amira.

The staff at checkin and restaurant were all awesome! I interacted most with Paula and she was nice. The part that got me the most was forgetting my gold ring in the room at checkout, got the London before realizing this, I then called our cab driver in Zurich to go ask the hotel for it and it was handed over to him all wrapped up in an envelope after few confirmations. Thank you and please keep this going !

Kloten is just a dormitory town for the airport.

Kloten is just a dormitory town for the airport. Not much there just some restaurants and supermarkets. I was there because it was near the airport. There are rail links to Zurich which can be reached in less than 30mins so easy to visit.

Kloten is very central to many things, bus ride takes about 8-10 minutes to the airport, and with the train S7 about 15 minutes into the main station in Zurich with many onward connections. Kloten is also a great place to start walks in many directions. There are also 2 well stocked supermarkets (Coop and Migros) in the city center.

This stay was disappointing because of room issues.

This stay was disappointing because of room issues. When one arrives after a long overseas flight, I expect and need nice accommodations. This time the Radisson disappointed. Room was small, drapery was drooping, trash in bathroom from previous guest and clean but shabby duvet cover. I would not complain but this room was supposed to have been an upgraded purchase by me then the hotel supposedly upgraded my upgrade. Not an upgrade in any way. Very disappointed.

We truly enjoyed our time in Kloten.

We truly enjoyed our time in Kloten. The area is peaceful, safe, and well-organized, making it an excellent place to stay with family. Everything we needed was close by, and getting around was simple and convenient. The hospitality we experienced made our stay even more enjoyable, and we would gladly come back again.

There is nothing special about Kloten.

There is nothing special about Kloten. It's just an outer suburb of Zurich. I chose it because I had a 7.15am international flight from Zurich airport and the first bus from Kloten to the airport left at 5.20am and only took 7 minutes. There are also regular trains to/from Zurich HB which take only 16 minutes.

My review of Kloten ?? I am European but live in Bangkok for the time being. After a 12 hour flight from Bangkok to Zurich with a late evening arrival I need a hotel one night stay over for my flight further on the next day. Thus I know Kloten just from the air by landing and take off

Everything was at the top. The staff is very helpful and well-informed, and the cabins are the cleanest cabins I have been in. Light combination just wow! It is in the airport so you don't have to bother to take a taxi to get to the airport. This is very important. The price per night is feasible. I can recommend Capsule Hotel - Alpine Garden Zurich Airport to anyone who's looking for a comfortable night in the Zurich airport proximity. It's just very cosy. BINGO!

The host, Sanjeev, is friendly and made me a coffee on arrival. The location is very near to Zurich airport. When I checked in I left my passport with the host who kept it in their safe. The area is very peaceful and there are several restaurants just around the corner.

The hotel is very close to the Zürich Airport - less than 10 minutes to the check in, a good place to stay between flight transfers or if your flight is very early in the morning. Very friendly staff, the room very well equipped. We recommend without restrictions.
