Located in a quite village, the structure was a great surprise. We had a warm welcome by the staff that, despite the late time, made sure that the kitchen was still able to provide us lunch... a daily menu which was simply excellent! The room is correctly sized, silent (although very near to a road) and clean. Host (so as his young helper) so as the whole staff, were always very polite and professional. Dinner at the winter garden, was amazing: all dishes were nice and tasty. The rich breakfast is served, but it doesn't makes you miss a buffet.

Clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Parking possibility 300 meters further. During the weekend it is free parking, on weekdays 1.5CHF per hour between 8-18pm. The meals in their own restaurant is very delicious, no English menu though. We could pay by Dutch bankcard. Receptionist speaks English. There are 2 supermarkets in 300 meters. The room has a minifridge, where you can put your cooled items.

Hotel de la Truite is located right on the shore of Lake Joux, in the village of Le Pont. The restaurant has a terrace overlooking the lake. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Simple, Friendly and the most important for us, very clean! We really enjoyed our stay. We can only recommended l auberge pour tous as an awesome base to visit the Jura Vaudois. We slept really well. The staff was super nice with our kido! thanks again.
