I like everything here and plan to come back with my husband in April next year. The location is very good within five minutes walking from the train station to the hotel. Very easy to walk to any where as the hotel location is in the city center. Walking to the Lugano lake is about five minutes. Breakfast was good quality and variety. All staff i contact with were so friendly.

The staff were lovely and really helpful, especially in helping to accommodate us with our baby. The pool by the lake was gorgeous and the bar was a lovely place to relax with a drink. The breakfast buffet was also great. It was really easy to walk into the town with lots of bars, restaurants and shops but felt very peaceful and relaxing by the lake.

    Lugano is a beautiful place, wonderful lake surrounded by mountains. It's a great place for a relaxing few days, away from the busier parts of Europe. There's plenty to do, including wonderful lake cruises.

    I had no criticisms.

    I had no criticisms. An unusual aspect was their having a seat which can be out inside the shower for safety. The location was excellent, the staff very competent and helfsul. The Ticino ticket was very convenient for me.

    Beautiful lakeside location surrounded by grand historic buildings and lovely tree lined promenades. Best visited during sunny weather for the best views. Surrounding towns such a the picturesque Morcote, are easily accessed via ferry.

    Such a beautiful city on the side of the lake. It's so relaxing and a nice mix of Swiss efficiency and cleanliness with Italian charm and rustic. Lots of chances for walks and swimming and other things to do.

    So many shops and restaurants so nearby. No transportation needed. Funicular was great from train station to town center. Lake Lugano great view. Switzerland was not as expensive as everyone says. Free bus and train. Reasonable meal and drinks.

    I booked 2 standard rooms for myself and my family. The rooms were not very big but were full of facilities. Even if I can't operate the Nespresso machine), I enjoyed my 1 night stay at the Novotel. And BIG applause go to the breakfast itself and the breakfast area. The variety of products you would expect only from 5-star hotels, wide area. Very easy access from the central station to the hotel and from the hotel to the city centre. I will definitely choose Novotel for my next trip to Lugano. Maybe even just for breakfast :)

    The picture of the room matched with the photo which were published in the website. The view is gorgeous and breathtaking. The room is designed to enjoy Lugano to the fullest. The hotel is also located very close to the railway station and funicular to go up to the mountain. The hotel also has brochures to check what great activities are around with descriptions. The restaurant had delicious food. The breakfast was also satisfying.
