Location was great - short walk from the train station and easy to find, but quiet at night and close to eateries. I was particularly impressed by the availability of electrical adapters when I didn’t even ask. Staff were wonderful and helpful, they made me feel welcome and took time to answer my questions. Great location—just a short walk from the train station, no taxi needed! Loved the platz. The buffet breakfast was excellent, and the beautifully designed breakfast room made it even better. Staff are helpful, breakfast is great - probably one of the widest selections I've come across in my week-long stay in Switzerland! The nostalgic feel of the historical building definitely made my stay extra special.
