The on-site restaurant was good. The staff were efficient. When I contacted the hotel after departure pointing out that they still had a security deposit of mine 'pending' on my credit card, they were quick to rectify the error and release the funds. We enjoyed the breakfast and our dinner in the restaurant.

No breakfast, location excellent, the apartment had a lovely large well equipped kitchen, with microwave and coffee machine. Great bathroom, a snug and large bedroom. Suzanne met me on arrival and showed me around. I was also given information on where to eat and given directions to the boulangerie. One of my all time favourite stays.

Super friendly hosts who went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Lovely card and small treats on arrival and really helpful when there was a slight technical hitch with the oven. Beautifully clean and well equipped apartment.Sad we couldn't stay longer.

I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. From the moment I arrived, the staff were exceptionally welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making me feel right at home. It was everything we wanted for our short stay in Laussane. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom and spacious. Also good location, close enough to the coty center but quiet neighbourhood. Free parking and 3 restaurants near.

As I said in my review, I found I had paid twice. We agreed that the extra money should be paid to a charity, and Olivier has given it to a charity in Madagascar that cares for orphans; valuable to me, as I have a granddaughter working on a project to do with the health of people in Madagascar.

The hotel has a definite character of its own. It might not suit those who want a more traditional, corporate experience. I was walking the Via Francigena and it suited me well. Breakfast was very good and it was nice to find a small market in the square outside on Thursday morning.

Very kitchi hotel, with atmosphere and soul. We got the Meermaid room. The staff was very helpful, the dinner at the restaurant was good and plentiful, and the breakfast was good. The hotel is right in the centre of Orbe.

This hotel is right next to the via Francigena, and just a couple blocks from the bus stop. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, clean. It was good value.
