We had a great stay – the accommodation was excellent value for money and had everything we needed. A special thanks to our host for being so flexible with our check-in time and for the smooth, hassle-free communication throughout. After a long flight, it was exactly what we were looking for upon arriving in Switzerland. It really made all the difference!

The BEST hotel I’ve stayed at by far. From check in to check out, everything was perfect. The staff were amazing and genuinely cared about my stay. Breakfast was fantastic. The room was spacious, the bed was so comfy and the view was incredible. I treated myself to spa time and a massage and I am SO glad I did. Everything was perfect, and leaving was deeply sad.

Everything was excellent, the staff was really friendly and accomodating. Even gave us keys to put our luggage in lockers when we checked out. The apartments were huge, the bathrooms were immaculate and the kitchen was fully equipped. Bed was also VERY comfortable. Breakfast was exceptional, huge variety and attention to detail. Probably one of the best hotels I ever visited.

    Very nice aan idyllic place if you like to relax and hike. Great place to roam around and visit other places from there. Zermatt was a bit disappointing, but it was also off season. Nice for an afternoon, but beter to stay in Randa.

    Hosts are excellent. They provided all the information by email. The location is great, near Randa train station, 20 minutes by train to Zermatt. The kitchen is old (vintage looking), well-equipped with everything that is needed for cooking. Super quiet. Beautiful view. I think this place is great value for money for people who like to stay away from busier Zermatt.
