I had the absolute pleasure of staying at Hotel Zeit & Traum, and I must say, it was one of the best experiences I've ever had. I've stayed in hotels across nearly 40 countries, and this one easily ranks in my top three. The hotel itself is immaculately clean and beautifully designed, but what truly sets it apart is the breathtaking view overlooking the lake—simply stunning. While the location itself may not be the most central, the incredible view more than makes up for it. You truly feel like you're in a tranquil, scenic paradise. However, the most memorable part of my stay was the warmth and hospitality of the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and comfortable. Their genuine smiles, constant attentiveness, and eagerness to help made our experience unforgettable. A standout feature was the ever-present snacks and fruits, which were promptly refilled whenever they ran out. The attention to detail and level of care was remarkable. This level of customer service is hard to come by these days, and Hotel Zeit & Traum delivered it in spades. In short, this hotel combines a fantastic view with world-class service. If you're looking for a place that feels like home, with a view that takes your breath away, and staff that treats you like family, Hotel Zeit & Traum is the place to be.

We did fair amount of hiking in the mountains and it was fantastic to come back to Beatus, relax at the spa and have great meal and rest. View at the mountains and the lake was superb, we liked salt water and inside pool, swimming in the lake, food: breakfast, dinner any snacks, relaxing atmosphere. Pier for the lake boat was right by the hotel. Staff was always helpful and fantastic. Great service.

I stayed three nights at Hotel Kreuz in Leissigen and loved it. The lake view was absolutely breathtaking — even better than in Interlaken Centre — and the area was calm and relaxing, aside from an occasional train nearby. The staff (Hans, Lisa, and Aneta) were very friendly and welcoming. My room was wide, quiet, spotless, modern, and well equipped, with a balcony view that made the stay unforgettable. The bathroom was in great shape, too. Breakfast was exceptionally delicious, and enjoying it in the restaurant with panoramic lake views made mornings very special. The bar was also nice in the evenings. The hotel is close to a bus stop with hourly service to Interlaken and Spiez, though having a car makes it even easier. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with amazing lake views, great staff, and excellent food — highly recommended!
