It was so conveniently located in the old town and the 206 bus which you can’t eke directly out from the railway station drops you outside the door. Stefan was so helpful and for a poor French speaker like myself he spoke impeccable English and was a brilliant host. We spent a lot of time in markets for Xmas so didn’t eat at Hotel but the layout and atmosphere looked relaxing. The room was clean and well set out and I loved the wide opening window It’s a small room but the layout is clever use of space The heavy duty doors and stone walls mean it’s a quiet room and blocks out other people’s noise I will be going back for sure

Oh again in Montreux and of course in Eurotel, there is no other hotel I'd like to stay. Fantastic location, perfect view from your room. Very nice and helpful staff especially a lady who was at the reception on our arrival. This time we came a little bit late directly from Val Thorens after skiing but She said that we can go to the sauna to relax after skiing day and journey. Thank you so much it was great. Hotel, which is my age, is still renovated and this time restaurant where usually we had breakfast was closed for renovation. So it was no impressive view on lake and Alps having breakfast, but breakfast was organized in one of the conference hall and everything was perfect as usual. Service , food, and ambiance. Thak you for your hospitality. See you soon Best regards!

The view from our room was excellent, the lake, swans, ducks, snowed mountains and boats were amazing. The location was extraordinary, we could walk everywhere we wanted to go. The front desk staff were amazing. Artemisa, Leandro and Bruna were very kind and helpful, they went above and beyond to help us and gave us what we needed and everyone from room service helped us as well. I would like to thank everyone for their hard work in making our stay so welcoming and wonderful, we really appreciate it. I truly recommend this hotel to everyone visiting Montreux, believe me, you won’t regret it ❤️
