I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel incredibly welcome and attended to every detail with professionalism and warmth. The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and spotlessly clean, offering all the comforts I could ask for, including a comfortable bed and modern amenities. The hotel’s facilities were top-notch — I especially enjoyed the relaxing spa and the delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. The location was perfect, close to major attractions and public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, luxurious, and memorable stay. I will definitely be returning on my next trip!

Breakfasts were a little pricey, but very good food. The location on a hillside overlooking Lake Zurich was fabulous! Wonderful views every single day with nice walking opportunities, too. Excellent stay for us!

Just what I was looking for friendly staff, comfortable bed warm and quiet with excellent shower, note if coming by car park next to the building on the bahnhoff side. Also the sockets are all narrow 2 pin for if coming from 3 pain UK you'll need a special adaptor for your 3 pin plugs, usual European style round adaptors will not fit.

You don't need to go anywhere to get to Sankt Gallenkappel.

You don't need to go anywhere to get to Sankt Gallenkappel. I didn't see anything particularly noteworthy. Perhaps there are hiking trails. On the way to Toggenburg, I would recommend the hotel as a good place to stay overnight.

It's a quiet spot, a place to stop overnight while visiting...

It's a quiet spot, a place to stop overnight while visiting other places like Zurich, Lucerne, etc. It's a very peaceful and pleasant place, surrounded by nature and located next to the road, although the road doesn't detract from its tranquility.

A village with a lot of traffic, as it lies on the main road...

A village with a lot of traffic, as it lies on the main road through the Toggenburg region. However, this also makes it very centrally located, allowing quick access to larger cities in eastern Switzerland, the mountains, or one of the many lakes. Those who appreciate gemstones will find a very nice, large shop here with excellent customer service.
