Breakfast, location and cleanliness were great. Self checkin was convenient (when you have internet) and staff at breakfast was very friendly, allowing us to leave our luggage after check out. Highly recommended for a well-priced stay in the beautiful area.

Very nice place: good location, large rooms, cleanliness. The kitchen has a lot of things (including coffee) that can be useful for preparing breakfast or dinner. The owner is very polite, reliable and kind. In fact, I am in great admiration of the place and I got a lot of pleasure from staying there. Very good accommodation, very clean, open spaces and the owners were very helpful. Would highly recommend it for people wanting to visit Zermatt very close to public transport and has an excellent view from the apartment.

Great location in walking distance of the train station, small but cozy chalet with all the amenities one could wish for. We were 4 people wanting to visit Zermatt for a few days and it was perfect for us! Very fair price for what you pay elsewhere in the region. Simple process: Got the keycode 2 days before the stay, host was communicative and friendly. Obviously don't expect a 5-start hotel quality experience, but our expectations were perfectly met.

Beautiful location,very cool hotel,room was very warm ambiental and also the temperature in the room. I minimise the heat and open the windows and everything was good. The floor in the bathroom is heated which was nice. Amenities included were very good quality. Breakfast was exceptional.Staff was very nice and pleasant. Overall a great stay and I recommend the hotel for an excellent experience.

The hotel is located at a beautiful and quite town St. Niklaus. About 45 mins train ride to Zermatt. About 10 mins walk to the st niklaus train station. During winter time, it might be challenging to pull the luggage to the hotel. There is a small restaurant right in front of the hotel. Food is just so so.
