Everything, location close to train station in fact across the road. Breakfast light and delicious. 15-minute train ride to Bern ( which is also known as the capital of Switzerland)with a major train station to travel to multiple locations like Zurich. Want to travel to the Swiss Alps another train ride. Staff were friendly and helpful.

not only UNIQUE by name but TRULLY! and I make myself clear... What makes it unique was firstly the personnel (all of the them and specially Stefanie!) eager to help in everything(they even responded immediately for a small problem with coffe machine) , for the parking place , for information needed etc. Secondly the decoration, the atmosphere and the background music (which was very well chosen and could be heard all over the hotel) makes it so relaxing and warm-cosy Another thing is the location which is so quiet, with the garden around and only 15 min walking from city center! In the spacy room there were many facilities ,coffe machine, closet, welcome tray with apples and water! , many towels., VERY comfortable mattress and pillows.. , tasty furniture and table, TV, fridge, nice view with big windows and other... the entrance,the floors and the restaurant area was very well decorated mainly with objects related to jazz history and music.. making the stay very pleasant... the bus stop is opposite the hotel for those interested in. the food at the restaurant was very good Everywhere was extremely clean!

Excellent impressions of the hotel, staff and city! I arrived with children earlier and we were checked in absolutely without problems, many thanks to the reception for such participation) Very clean, cozy, Rituals cosmetics in the bathroom. Nearby there are many cafes, bakeries, there is a shopping center, a beautiful park nearby. I highly recommend it to everyone)

I would like to thank the hotel management for their commitment to the cleanliness of the hotel, the rooms, the bedding, and the corridors. It is truly a hotel of a high standard of excellence and security. The procedures were very easy, both in terms of check-in and check-out. I would especially like to thank the employee (Laila), who was extremely cooperative with us. She was very cheerful, and her treatment was elegant and distinguished. She reflected a good and wonderful image of the hotel and its staff. I will repeat my visit when I return to this place.

All was very super! We were lucky to had early check in (4-5 hours earlier). No extra charge. We were very tired from the long road and we needed to rest a little before the evening meeting . The host was as kind as possible. We were pleasantly touched by such attention and care. The hotel itself has everything you need even for a long stay: a full kitchen with everything you need for cooking (if necessary). In addition, there is a cooler with water and all sorts of goodies. There was even fresh cream for coffee in the fridge. Various hygiene items and extra towels are freely available. Very clean! The feeling that I came to visit friends)). My husband and I were impressed by the hospitality. One of the cool bonuses is a delicious and cozy bakery-coffee shop within a 1-minute walk. Right across the street is a restaurant where we had a delicious dinner on a cozy terrace.

Nice enough town but not much to see.

Nice enough town but not much to see. Train station was across main street from Hotel Restaurant Bahnof as was a small store. Although most of town accessed from freeway Exit 8 is along one street, there is another part of town off a side street with better shopping (Co-op store).
