Exceptional location, very close to the Mürren BLM station. Generous and varied breakfast served in a lounge with spectacular panoramic views of the Lauterbrunnen Valley and the three peaks: Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau. The cleanliness of the rooms was excellent. The staff were very kind and empathetic in the face of an unexpected and very difficult health issue for us: from the receptionists to the waiters, everyone was very attentive and supportive. We hope to return to Mürren, and if rooms are available, we will stay at Hotel Alpina again. Thank you for everything.

Stunning location, ski in-ski out directly on a blue piste. Extremely welcoming staff, attention to detail that make a comfortable and homely stay - good quality duvets and comfy mattresses, games for kids/adults, complimentary tea/juice in the rooms, flexible check out. The chef is excellent, we stayed 3 nights and ate there every evening with great veggie options and good beer! Important to communicate in advance regarding arrival logistics.

One of the most heartwarming places. The view from the rooms was amazing, and the bed was very soft and comfortable. The train station pick-up and drop-off were arranged in a very professional way, and the station is just a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding area is very nice and calm. This place is for people who don't like to see other people :-). The chalet is located at the end of the road in Stechelberg, so you don't have much traffic. The hotel restaurant is about 50m from the chalet. The chalet itself has a terrace with unbeatable panoramic view of the mountains including Breithorn. This is an ideal place for relaxation or hiking or both. Highly recommended!

It was my fourth time at this place. I enjoyed every momemnt with my friends. We did a hike from Stechelberg “Winteregg loop” and had a Fondue for a dinner at The Alpenhof Mountain House (there is equipment for that). You just need to buy cheese. Diane is such a warm and friendly person. We felt like in a family. She took very good care of us. Until next time!
