I loved so many things about this hotel. To start with, the location is excellent. It is in the center of San Pedro de Atacama but not on the busiest street, making it a bit secluded, so it is quiet and calm in the rooms and in the garden. We stayed in winter, and the heating was on from 6 pm until early morning, so we never felt cold in the room. The common areas and the garden are very nice and well-kept. The WiFi worked very well. The room size was good for two people with two large pieces of luggage; it didn’t feel cramped, and the bed was very comfortable. Like many travelers, we appreciated the filtered water and the 24-hour coffee! The attention from the staff is exceptional. They also helped us organize the transfer to and from Calama Airport. Many thanks!

Most importantly the staff was amazing, every single person we met in the hotel was friendly, professional and very attentive to any of our possible needs. Then the design of the place is exquisite, the common areas, the restaurant, the pool, the room, everything is done with attentions to details; Finally the little attentions like sun cream at reception, balm lips in the room, spare of towels to go on expedition to the termas, umbrella for unexpected rain, breakfast to take away on a day trip. It comes with a price but you will not regret it,

Slightly outside town. This place is a quiet oasis to go rest after exploring the desert. The rooms were spacious, beautiful, and very clean. With a good breakfast and a quiet swimming pool area to relax. But, the highlight is the staff; everyone I interacted with from cleaning staff, the kitchen, and especially the front desk went above and beyond to make this an amazing trip. I can not recommend this place enough.

It's only a short to the main street but a nice quiet and cool oasis to come home to after a day in the hot sun. Staff are helpful and friendly. Good breakfast. You have to press a buzzer at the gate outside to get in but they were always quick to answer even late at night when we returned from an astronomy tour.

Property is lovely. The main foyer area is so beautifully decorated and such a nice place to sit with a drink or read a book. So close to the main bussle of San Pedro. The staff were fantastic too. Honestly can’t speak more highly of the hotel.
