The staff was wonderful! Vincent was our waiter at dinner and breakfast the next morning. He was great! We do not speak Spanish very well and he expained everthing in English. The breakfast was fabulous! It was beautiful, bountiful and delicious. Our dinner the night before was as well! We couldn't have chosen a better place to stay. We wanted to stay another night but the hotel was sold out. If we are ever in that area of Chile again we will definantly be staying here!

Breakfast was good - love that it is included - very friendly staff. I really liked the secure nature of the property - there are gates - felt very good about leaving stuff there in the room, in the car etc.

Location was great, right in the center of town. Breakfast could be up graded a little. More juice selections and cold milk for the cereal would have been nice. They had hot milk.
