My brother came to Chile to see the Comet and was travelling alone - with little experience of solo travel. Felipe and his family were the most amazing hosts, helping him to get to places to see the comet and being in contact with me (his sister ) in England to help organise his stay. I would definitely recommend this as a beautiful place to stay, with hosts who go out of their way to help and to make your stay a wonderful experience.

Super comfortable bed and Netflix in the room which made for a very relaxing stay in the evenings! Unlimited drinking water available. I was able to do washing which I really appreciated. The owner was very attentive and helpful and made sure I got to my airport transfer safe. The location was good for me - relatively close to the airport and easy to get to everywhere on buses and metro (direct bus to Bellavista!).

This is a great hotel - we've been there 3 times already. The 24h reception is one of the reasons - we were always very well received at different times. The rooms are great, huge, spacious and very comfortable. Big bed, perfect toilet. Delicious and various breakfast. We recommend it!

Clean room, sheets , etc. Great location if you travel to or from the Bus Terminal Sur. Cheerful reception staff speaking English. Just opposite the hotel Alameda Shopping mall is situated, very convenient for all types of shopping including good brands and food stuff. Lock safe was spacious and easy to use . Really good breakfast starting at least at 7.30 am.
