The hotel has good facilities and the location is very beautiful, but it offers no activities for guests: a rip-off as a mountain hotel. There were no trekking activities or guides, and everything advertised by Turistour and in the hotel's advertising was false: no horseback riding, no kayaking, nothing. A scam! And the food was expensive and bad.

We spent a night on the Andean Crossing route.
We spent a night on the Andean Crossing route. The arrival from Argentina by bus through the forests is incredible, unparalleled beauty. We left the following afternoon by boat for Puerto Varas. The hotel is in a place surrounded by nature; you can walk around peacefully.
