It was a worst experience in my life unfortunately. I booked and paid for a deluxe room with balcony. Got standard room without balcony. Feel ripped off. In the evening until 11 pm was a live music so loud that we couldn’t hear anything on TV or sleep. We felt like in a club. There is no sound proof walls for this kind of event. There is no information on their website about very loud live music. There is no vine list. Menu is very poor. Sandwiches and curry on the sea side… We left in the night and prefer drive 3 hours back to Santiago then stay there. Lack of interpersonal skills of manager is absolutely shocking. She was very rude and arrogant almost screaming to our back while living the place. Plus on top of that we got threat email after giving bad note experience.Guest review byAnonymous

There is no restaurant so breakfast is served in your room, but there is a nice courtyard to relax and eat breakfast in. There is a great restaurant next door called Polpo.
