The staff are very attentive, we need to check out early and bfast starts at 7am. They allowed us to hv earlier bfast and served us scrambled eggs.

Pricy stay, but amazing service you get in return. Location, location, location! View at breakfast and dinner never grew old. Modern, clean rooms. Delicious and varied menu in the restaurants, while prices were very reasonable. Nice hiking opportunities in the immediate surroundings. Shout out to Angel, who took very good care of us

Really great host. It is a lodge, not a hotel, but if you understand that, then you see the beauty. Location is beautiful, and it is reasonably well positioned for exploring Torres del Paine, but car is essential. While power and wifi are off during the night, there is mobile phone signal, so if you really have to be connected during the night, get yourself a good plan.

This place is magical! The location feels remote, far away from the world. The drive over is beautiful, the estancia so picturesque, with horses and sheep wondering about. Laguna Verde is a stone's throw away, the mountains are visible from the very large living room window. There is a fireplace to complete the picture of a cosy getaway. Plenty of space, well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. Can we please stay here forever?!

It is the most beautiful and cosiest hotel at the end of the world that you can imagine. Several wooden cabins in the Nordic style, several rooms in the main house and a big living and dining area with wood burner for everybody. Very personal, you feel like being at home, all food is sourced locally and is of exceptional quality, sustainability in every aspect is of utmost importance. Carolina is very friendly and helpful, provides valuable information about tours and organises whatever is required. Nothing is too big or too small for her. She is passionate about her hotel which opened in 2020 in the midst of the pandemic. What an amazing project! Horses and chicken roam freely in the garden including the orchard. Humans and animals share the apples, gooseberries, etc. It is truly like in paradise!

The dome is great, although a bit cold at night. The staff is great, the location is amazing. The on-site restaurant is the best in the area in price/quality terms, even when staying in other places it's worth to come here (like twice cheaper for the same quality). Views and atmosphere and location were wonderful. Near the national park. Breakfast and dinner were fantastic. I wish I had more time in the region! Would definitely recommend.
