Our stay was delightful, with a splendid view, although it was regrettable that we were placed in a smoke-infested room (627) on our first day. Nonetheless, the manager on duty that night promptly addressed our concern and relocated us to a non-smoking room. He even arranged for an additional bed for my child and assisted with our luggage transfer at 2 am. Despite this hiccup, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the breakfast was simply delightful. I also like that the staff helped us with our luggage upon reaching the hotel with our transport.

Simply exceptional! We were supposed to stay one night, but the host was so amazing that we decided to stay two more nights. The accommodation is perfect — clean and modern — it’s the best value for money I’ve found in China! I’ll definitely be back!

Very clean and comfortable. The owners were very friendly and helpful. They helped to arrange for our excursions and a driver to take us around Dali. The breakfast and lunch were delicious. Room was spacious. We really appreciate their help and kindness. We had a lovely time in Dali.
