Amazing staff who gave us great recommendations on the attractions to visit. We had a very smooth stay and tours thanks to them. Very attentive and responsive ! The room was beautiful, very well furnished and very clean! Breakfast was good with mainly Chinese options.

This is an incredibly positive place with extremely helpful and friendly service. It's just a 7-minute walk to the main entrance of the national park, and you'll find a night market right outside the guesthouse. Upon arrival, we received a map and clear instructions on how to navigate the park's main attractions. The staff even helped us get all our entrance tickets. I highly recommend this guesthouse to anyone visiting this amazing place. The rooms are large, clean, and very comfortable.

The hotel was surprisingly good, especially with the service of recommending tours and booking tickets in advance, which saved a lot of worry. Very close to the entrance of the scenic spot, very convenient to Wulingyuan Scenic Spot, the rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable, and it is quiet to sleep at night. In particular, the hotel provided a free self-service washing machine, which was very nice for those of us who had been climbing the mountains all day and were stinking. I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Zhangjiajie. Absolutely fabulous stay! The room was clean, modern, with cozy beds and soft pillows. The facilities were great — auto-flush toilets, excellent A/C, and refreshing showers. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the East Gate. Scott, the manager, speaks excellent English and gave really helpful advice on routes and tickets to explore Zhangjiajie efficiently. Highly recommended!

This is extremely amazing hotel with nice facilities, super comfortable rooms, free laundry service and generally amazing service. Joanna, front desk manager, contacted us in advance on WhatsApp, suggested us on our plans and booked all the tickets for us- such a great help!
