Lovely hotel, the free breakfast was a great help. The owner was a lovely lady who helped us book airport transfer and even helped us book tickets to the glass bridge. She gets a discount too. The location was brilliant. We could walk to the East entrance to Zhangjiajie national forest. We had an amazing stay here and we're sad to say goodbye Wuling town is a treasure.

The accommodation was very comfortable, and the family members all liked it quite well. The service was excellent, patient, and fully considered the customers' feelings. A pick-up service was arranged. Although the hotel facilities were not the highest level, they were sufficient and very comfortable and clean. There was a washing machine and a dryer provided. On the first day, we just went for a stroll nearby. The food was very convenient. There was also a gym available for exercise in the evening. Absolutely fabulous stay! The room was clean, modern, with cozy beds and soft pillows. The facilities were great — auto-flush toilets, excellent A/C, and refreshing showers. The location is super convenient, just a few minutes’ walk from the East Gate. Scott, the manager, speaks excellent English and gave really helpful advice on routes and tickets to explore Zhangjiajie efficiently. Highly recommended!

Nice, clean, good breakfast, cozy. I used their laudery for free. It was great because all my clothes were sweat after so much walk in the mountains.
