The owner, May, is incredibly friendly, speaks English very well and cooks wonderfully! The hotel is so clean, the room was so big and very comfortable! May and her team recommended us how to do a trekking and how to visit the surroundings. In addition Pig' an is lovely destination for knowing Login Rice Terrace.

The room was impressively spacious and tastefully decorated with authentic local touches—I had the most comfortable night’s sleep. The front‑desk staff were genuinely warm and welcoming. Although breakfast isn’t included in the room rate, it was delicious and well worth the extra cost. Behind the hotel there’s a path winding around the rice terraces, leading straight to a viewing point. Strolling among the terraces in the early morning light was simply magical. I highly recommend spending at least one night here to soak up the tranquillity of village life amidst the mountains.

We had a beautiful stay at Baike. The room was clean and beautiful and from the balcony we had an amazing view of the rice fields. Jason was very helpful and welcoming and did everything to make our stay more comfortable.

Super friendly and helpful hosts and absolutely stunning location. Breakfast was very tasty with a beautiful backdrop. Very close to the scenic spot! Beds are very comfy and the balcony was very enjoyable!

What an absolute treat! The most beautiful hotel, in the most stunning location run by a truly lovely warm friendly family. We felt so welcomed and the whole family were so kind. Spoke English very well so it was really easy too. The design element of the entire hotel is truly stunning. We took the spa + deck room which was more expensive but definitely worth it. We went on beautiful walks through the rice terraces. It was all just magical. The food was super yummy too … and that view. Just can’t be beaten!
