Very good communication with owner. Owner took us from train station and then back on his own initiative. Very nice and polite person. The room was really clean.

A truly fantastic stay at Zhangjiajie Country Garden Phoenix Hotel! The hotel is luxurious and spotlessly clean. The breakfast buffet was impressive with a wide variety of delicious options. What stood out the most was the staff - they are incredibly professional, helpful, and have good English skills. Their online English service was also a great help for planning our trips. Highly recommended!
