Xue and Jack were the best hosts we have ever had! They were so attentive: contacting us before our arrival, offering us free shuttle service to and from the train station, and giving us guidance on what to do while we were there (Jack even helped us buy tickets and get to the start of the Great Wall walk)! We also had some fantastic food while staying with them. Do not bother eating anywhere else!

Very Friendly. Very clean. Nice area. Spacious room. Spacious toilet. Water pressure is very good. Lots of charging pods. Good breakfast (English breakfast were served).

From the moment they arranged our pick-up, the owners were extremely helpful, and we felt like they were grandparents. They arranged lifts and collections to the water town and great wall. Recommended the best route to take. The food they made was amazing. We had breakfast and lunch there 😋 I will be back again with my family.

The property is extremely cute and charming. It’s located very close to the Gubeiku Great Wall entrance. The lady running the place is kind and friendly. There are tiny details in the guesthouse that add to the charm of the place. The food was fresh and delicious. The cherry on the top of the cake were the cats!!

A wonderful family hotel located in a cute closed village, entry there only for locals and tourist buses. It was very pleasant to walk along its beautiful and clean streets in the evenings. I really liked the hotel itself. Many thanks to the owners of the hotel: Lily and her husband Lao Yang. He picked us up from the hotel in the center of Beijing and brought us to the hotel in his comfortable car. We took a room with panoramic windows and a balcony with a view of the mountains. Special thanks to Lily and Lao Yang for the wonderful dinners!! They cook very tasty!!! Everything in the hotel is thought out to the smallest detail, very cozy and homely. Lily and Lao Yang are ready to easily take advantage of any manifestations! I highly recommend this hotel!

Difficult to find the location for foreigners and even for our cab driver. The owner went to receive us at the street to make sure we did not miss her. We had the top floor. Awesome with the jacuzzi and cinema projector. Very spacious. Owner was very friendly and helped us with the tickets. Even drove us as VIP at no charge to the entrance of the Great Wall (as we had limited time due to forecasted rain).
