The rooms are very clean and spacious, and the staff are very friendly ,they picked us up from the train station and have helped us arrange our trip . My mom wanted to prepare her own pancakes and they didn’t hesitate to provide her with all the items . The view from the lodge is amazing as well . The accommodation was very comfortable, and the family members all liked it quite well. The service was excellent, patient, and fully considered the customers' feelings. A pick-up service was arranged. Although the hotel facilities were not the highest level, they were sufficient and very comfortable and clean. There was a washing machine and a dryer provided. Location is superb - just a short walk to the forest park entrance. Very impressed with the efficient English-speaking front desk who helped us secure tickets and plan our itinerary. Breakfast buffet has good variety, and the gym is adequate. Great having so many shopping and dining options right downstairs. Excellent value for money. Would definitely recommend to fellow Singaporeans!
