Avobe the facilities, we want to mention the amazing customer service. We had a full dedication from each person, even prior arriving to the hotel, they helped us with transportation from the airport, purchasing the tickets for the national park and assisttance for the hotel facilities.A 10. Special mention to the receptionist who helped us since the day one with the help for the info from the park.

We arrived in China by train from Hong Kong. We came completely unprepared, without roaming, without Chinese yuan, without a hotel address in Chinese, without a route plan for the park. By some miracle, a local guy brought us from the train station to the hotel using GPS coordinates. At the hotel, we paid for our transfer, were treated to tea, bought tickets to the park, and were given a route plan. The staff didn't speak English, but we understood each other perfectly with the help of a translator. They helped us solve all our problems and plan our days in this area. They always found and brought us to the hotel by car, considering that we didn't have internet. In general, it was delightful! And the hotel itself was very comfortable. The view, cleanliness, style. Everything was superb!

The hotel was surprisingly good, especially with the service of recommending tours and booking tickets in advance, which saved a lot of worry. Very close to the entrance of the scenic spot, very convenient to Wulingyuan Scenic Spot, the rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable, and it is quiet to sleep at night. In particular, the hotel provided a free self-service washing machine, which was very nice for those of us who had been climbing the mountains all day and were stinking. I will choose this hotel again next time I visit Zhangjiajie. New Infrastructure, well and basically modern equipped rooms, clean, good location for National Park. Hotel Team doesn’t speak English, but communication via app was no problem and they are very helpful.
