While it's true that most of the staff members don't speak English fluently, I was delighted to find that they seamlessly utilized translation apps to bridge any language barriers. This proactive approach made it incredibly easy to communicate and interact with the staff, enhancing the overall guest experience significantly. Additionally, I would like to commend Manager Sheron for her outstanding service and assistance throughout my stay. Her guidance on exploring Foshan and her willingness to go above and beyond to ensure guest satisfaction truly exemplify the high standards upheld by your establishment. Unlike many others, Sheron stood out for her fluency in English. Her proficiency greatly facilitated communication and enhanced the overall guest experience. Adjacent to the hotel lies a bustling shopping mall, offering a plethora of dining options ranging from affordable eateries to upscale restaurants, catering to diverse palates. Additionally, the mall boasts convenient amenities such as a supermarket for everyday essentials, a barber shop for grooming needs, and an array of clothing stores for fashion enthusiasts to explore. I had a pleasant stay. Michelle, Mandy and other members of staff provided excellent service and went above and beyond to assist me, even with the language barrier. Their dedication to helping guests made my experience comfortable and enjoyable. I truly appreciate their efforts and would recommend this hotel to others. The room was well equipped with everything I needed, and the food was great.
