We don't usually like staying in large touristy hotels. This one really surprise us for the facilities and services. Every things seem to run so smoothly. There were at least 4 different types of restaurants in the hotel. Hundreds of people staying there and were no sight of queueing up at breakfast time .The food was also extremely good. They even gave us a complementary fruits platter on arrival.

It is a beautiful hotel but I would say more about the children which is great if you are going with children kids would luv it it is good but as me and my husband we would of liked a quieter place but overall great stay lovely weather breakfast was outstanding lots to choose from

The hotel is very good. It is close to the airport. The staff is really friendly although they don't speak English but they try to help you at all times through a translator. They had a lovely detail with me and gave me a cake for my birthday. Many thanks to all the staff but especially to the receptionist who do the check-in and the bellboy who helped us a lot.

An Unforgettable Stay – Can’t Wait to Come Back! I can’t speak highly enough of my experience at Sanya Conifer Hotel. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The highlight has to be the absolutely stunning rooftop and infinity pools — easily among the best I’ve ever seen, with breathtaking views and a vibrant rooftop bar right on the water. The facilities throughout the resort are top-tier, and the breakfast was a daily treat, offering a fantastic variety including plenty of Western options — which we really appreciated. A special mention goes to Daisy at reception. Her hospitality and helpfulness made a lasting impression and really elevated our stay. She went above and beyond to assist us with anything we needed. This hotel truly has everything — comfort, beauty, great food, and incredible service. I’m already planning my next trip to Sanya just to stay here again. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
