Our experience at the hotel was incredible, with all my heart I would like everyone who wants to go to this area of ​​China to stay at this hotel, everything exceeded our expectations. The hotel is wonderful, the views, the breakfast is delicious and the food in the restaurant is excellent, the hotel staff and the boss are incredible, very attentive and helpful, the rooms are very clean and spacious. The activities in this area are endless so if you want to go, but you don't have planned activities, don't worry, the hotel staff has many activities to recommend and will help you plan it. The planet is huge, China is a very big country, but this place is everything .We hope to return very soon

The view of the mountain range was gorgeous. We got a great view of the 9 horse mountains view. The room was clean and furnished with purpose. Authentically Guilin with a touch of modern aesthetic. Our family room had Doraemon bedding theme (our daughter loved it). The water pressure in the shower was consistently strong. The water heated almost instantly. The beds had the perfect firmness and it was quiet at night which made it a dream for a good night sleep. We were very close to the viewpoint 20RMB bill for great photos. The individual in room climate control was very responsive. The hot breakfast was so yummy and plentiful Guilin noodle soup (pickled vegetables, shitake, sliced pork, roasted peanuts), corn on the cob, boiled eggs, tea and hot water to drink. The decor was on theme throughout the hotel. The friendly service/hosts were very helpful and knowledgeable. The hotel was also steps away from the river, where we were able to see boats and bamboo rafts.

The hotel is super convenient, walkable to lots of restaurants. The lady at the tour desk/ coffee bar was really helpful and she made good coffee! All staff members we met (from the Security at the gate, the Reception, Housekeeping, to the technician who came to check on our A/C) were very friendly and courteous. The pool was in excellent size.

Autumn Inn was the highlight of our stay! we were amazed by how authentic yet so peaceful and comfortable our stay was in Autumn inn. from start to finish, we loved it all. Rachel, the manager speaks very well english, and upgraded our room to a bigger one for free. the decorations, the bed and the shower were really great and comfy. stunning view also on the mountain in Xingping. very clean room and the hotel is so well located in ancient town. you can walk to pretty much anywhere. highly highly recommended… and not to mention the delicious breakfast! thank you Rachel and Autumn Inn again for our amazing stay.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel and was extremely satisfied with the experience. The service was outstanding—the staff were very warm, attentive, and always went above and beyond to assist. A standout feature was the complimentary shuttle service to and from the high-speed rail station, which made travel so convenient. After adding the hotel on WeChat, I found that their support was available 24/7. Whenever I sent a message with a request, there was always a prompt response, day or night.

I liked the space of the room it was big. The bed was comfortable and pillows were excellent. Mandy was excellent help for all reservations, taxi and other services and help. Location is near Xingping ancient town and in front of li river.
