He basically helped to brief us of how to go and what he feels is the best method to travel/way to go to and fro the attractions, and how to navigate the attractions. The hotel manager was absolutely wonderful and helped us a lot during our stay. She even went the extra mile by buying our tickets to the parks for us and giving us very useful tourist advice and recommendations. She was always kind, attentive, and genuinely sweet — her warm attitude really made us feel at home. The hotel itself is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with everything you need for a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, the atmosphere is cozy, and we felt very well taken care of.
