Comfy bed. Lovely room at the back of the building so it was quiet. You're given your own front door key. Pilar went out of her way to help us with taxis. Communication is over WhatsApp. There is no reception these are apartments.

Friendly staff and friendly 24 hour security. Have to swipe keyboard through turnstile so felt very safe. Clean modern rooms, shampoo and body wash included. Room on little small side but not an issue. Excellent breakfast and restaurant - hot and cold brekkie ( freshly cooked omelettes etc) dinner was good too Great location close to centre La Candaleria but away from it so it's not too noisy Didn't use these but if was longer here or better weather would've - rooftop terrace, jacuzzi, games room and pool. Excellent to have these along with restaurant especially if uncomfortable to go out at a night. Bogota was our first destination in South America and were warned not to walk around at night in La Candaleria so knowing there was a restaurant, and these facilities was great. Luggage storage was secure, in a locked room with tags given to us. Was allowed to go up to games room and hangout area post check out until we waited to get our overnight bus. Perfect for solo traveller

The high ceilings in the room, the common room (library), and the restaurant were great. The location is hard to beat, you are very close to every important landmark. In addition, below there is a Oxxo (supermarket) that is almost always open, accepts cards payment, and even allows you to withdraw money from an ATM. There are several Selina in Colombia but not all of them are on Booking.

Staff went above and beyond. We had to store luggage, very helpful, also with tips. Value for price was very high. Great area to be in. Wonderful breakfast was included. Beautiful historic building, also with atrium.
