I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is right next to El Poblado, a 10-minute taxi ride away. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. I received a warm welcome. The rooftop terrace is lovely, and the breakfast included soup, fruit, bread, orange juice, and always a perfectly made omelet or scrambled eggs. Downstairs next to the hotel is a supermarket and a small electronics store. I felt very comfortable and warmly welcomed throughout my seven days; I'll definitely be back.

Rroom was BEAUTIFUL with a fantástic view, sauna was delicious, Breakfast also was nice, street was secure, Provenza was 5 minutes away (taxi). There are malls in the área. Staff super polite and helpful. Wifi is great.
