About 2 km before reaching the town, coming from...

About 2 km before reaching the town, coming from Villavicencio, across from the Terpel gas station, there's a restaurant in a plant nursery. Recommended for evenings. Before the obelisk, also coming from Villavicencio, is the restaurant La Campechana. Recommended; good prices, good service, and a great view.

The landscapes are beautiful; seeing the ranches with cattle...

The landscapes are beautiful; seeing the ranches with cattle at sunset is a unique experience. The view from the obelisk at sunset was breathtaking. The weather is lovely, with a gentle breeze. I recommend the restaurant "El Boyaco"—they have the best llanera-style beef. For the girls' snacks, there's a great place on a corner off the main road for the best fruit salads and juices.
