The service was amazing from the moment we arrived. The room was very clean and neat. There where already 2 bottles of water provided. The breakfast was small but more then enough to start the day. The service was excellent. Even though they did not speak English very well. They made sure we could communicate. Arranging a taxi whenever we needed it. The location was amazing. Close to the metro station and only a few minutes by taxi away from the populair district El Poblado.

the rooms are very clean and cleaned everyday. At the evening/night, an activity is organized by the hostel team where you can enjoy a drink and meet a lot of people. Beds were cosy and with a curtain which is a big plus.

I came to the hotel at 12:00 so in noon time and i wanted to ask can i leave my beg and go eat and then after i can come back later and check in at 2-3pm. The guy who worked at frontdesk told me that maybe he can find me a room before check in. So i waited and he found a room that was available so i check in 2-3h before i suppose to check in. That is 10/10 service. Everything else is okay but this was big help for me so i can instantly have rest and i dont have to wait 2h somewhere.

I recently stayed at this lovely place, and I must say, Luis did an outstanding job! His attention to detail and hospitality made my experience truly enjoyable. The breakfast was delicious, offering a variety of tasty options to start the day right. Additionally, Luis provided excellent instructions and helpful information about the local attractions, making it easy to navigate the area. The hotel staff was very friendly and responsive. They helped booking the transportation. The room was very clean and well designed. I particularly liked the mindfulness in terms of ecology. The breakfast was very healthy and they were extra items that you could order à la carte. I can definitely recommend this place and it’s a great value for money,
