    The nature is nice reception is nice, rooms are extremely smelly to chemicals and mold, very small hardly space to move around no place to leave even small luggage, unhelpful staff, my hole family got sick from the smell they didn’t offer options, we spend the hole day trying to get an alternative finally we had to leave the hotel at midnight with no place to go. As it was impossible to sleep in the smelly room. wasted our time going there is definitely not worth the money and is a health hazard.

    I stayed at hotel San Vicente the place is never beautiful. The Hotel needs alot of TLC no heater no hot water food is terrible not worth the stay. Day trip recommended but definitely not the stay. Nasty

    The Hot Springs were amazing.

    The Hot Springs were amazing. The place is well kept with great services and amenities. I stayed at Matisses Hotel and Spa. I enjoyed both places. I was glad to visit both places because it made my vacation more interesting. There is so much natural beauty in both places, I am so glad that I was able to experience both. It was very easy to get to Santa Rosa de Cabal from Matisses Hotel and Spa. I recommend the scenery, ambiance, waterfalls, friendly locals, walking, relaxing, and food.

    Beautiful place and perfect for our needs! The rooms were comfortable and the king room with the jacuzzi was big and amazing value for money. It was very quiet, we felt like we had the place to ourselves. Lovely pool and great breakfast. 10 minute walk to mirador del cafe, with good food and drink options, and there are many transport options to get to the termales. The family that own the finca are lovely and make you feel at home. Bonus points for the amazing view from the restaurant/coworking spot and fast internet!

    The cozy wood-paneled rooms in the middle of nowhere (but about 3min walking to the Termales!) are a highlight! There was a river/waterfall-tour included the next day which was very wet, cold but amazing. Maybe we would have missed it, though, if we didn't get a heads-up from a fellow, Spanish-speaking traveller. They have a small 15-min-hike through "their" part of the rain-forest you can do on your own and they have a bunch of pools.

    Always a special experience to visit the termales San vicente. The hot spring park is really one of a kind and a great place to relax and take a break from the external world. There is no TV, no wifi, no phone connection. It is super relaxing and connects spa a spa experience to being in nature.

    The hotel’s location is absolutely breathtaking, set in a luxurious jungle mountain that provides a serene and immersive natural escape. The various thermal pools are fantastic, offering several basins where you can unwind. Additionally, the food at the restaurant was excellent.
