Socheata was a fantastic host. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a stress-free, enjoyable stay! Her house was fantastic; it was spacious, relaxing, and well-equipped. Everything! The front desk staff, especially Ernesto, was very patient and welcoming. The views from the room, the pools, the restaurant were all incredible. Such a luxurious and relaxed vibe. The room was huge. The breakfast was delicious and satisfying. We did not want to ever leave! We also really enjoyed the tours with Santos, especially the E-boat.

We are a well traveled family but this hotel is just amazing. I stayed with my daughter for 5 days and everything was just perfect. Hardly saw any hotel wich is so nice surrounded by nature and we observed so many animals, howling monkeys everywhere. It is outstanding how much that hotel cares about the environmental outcome. The staff is very friendly and the laundry service a big plus. We loved to drive around with the bikes. The breakfast is lovely and the walk through the jungle directly to beach observing crabs and frogs, couldn’t get enough.

This hotel was perfect for my family of 4. The residences are incredibly well appointed and spacious with a full kitchen, dining area and outdoor terrace. We selected the Tropical Garden Grand Residence which has its own private cold plunge, sauna and outdoor shower. The rooftop terrace and pool is a dream and the kids especially loved the breakfasts and activities. All steps from perfect beach and surf. Already booked my return over the Holidays.
