We loved our stay! For starters, the property has a decent size rainforest in their "backyard". We took advantage of that and saw a variety of birds including toucans, howler monkeys, various coloured frogs, a wide variety of plants and flowers. They also host a guided tour for free and we took full advantage of that. In addition, the staff always went out of the way to make us comfortable. The place is located about 20-30 mins from the various La Fortuna attractions, so we were able to cover a few of these every day. The wifi was of good quality. The hot water in the shower was good. Rooms are spacious and comes with a kitchen. The kitchen was well supplied with dishes, cutlery etc. There was coffee, sugar, oil and salt available as a complement. There was also parking available for our car.

This is one of the most beautiful hotels I’ve ever stay and I’ve stayed in a lot. The harmony between nature and the construction of the hotel is mind blowing. Wow probably the best views during our stay in Costa Rica. We chose the upper floor and the volcano was in full view. It was amazing rain or shine. In other places during rain you feel like you are stuck in a small room with nothing to do but in this place we had amazing terrace and a massive room where we could read when it was raining and we didn't feel like we missed out. Breakfast was a short walk in a nearby property.
