The apartment was very nice. Good value for the money. Comfy bed, nice shower, fully appointed kitchen, and HUGE flat screen TV. Ginette was professional, attentive, courteous (and by the way, very beautiful too). She went out of her way to accommodate me by acting as my food delivery agent. My Spanish is very basic. So this was especially helpful due to the language barrier.

Christian was incredibly helpful and went out of his way to accommodate us. The place was so convenient to the airport and we had a two day stay with all the comforts of home as you have the entire house to yourself.

Canl Grande Lodge is a very cozy hotel not far from San Josè International Airport, immersed in nature. The staff was utmost kind and helpful in assisting me since my luggages weren't loaded on the flight and I didn't have anything with me, apart from a little bag. The hotel provided me with basic stuffs in a stressful moment for me. Breakfast was very good, definitely to come and stay more nights in this hotel. The cleanliness of the room and the transfer service from the airport arranged by the hotel were very appreciated.

Proximity to Airport!

Proximity to Airport! This facility standards were substandard. My wife hurt her foot on a dangerous doorstop, sewer gas was overwhelming, no hot water, air conditioner was not hooked up, pumping hot air back into the room. The stairs right from ground level were dangerous. English was non existent with staff. They were courteous and helpful. There were no privacy coverings on the windows. Open hole in Bathroom ceiling.

This was a great place to stay for one night.

This was a great place to stay for one night. For a small additional fee, I was picked up at the airport and very early the next morning I was taken to where I had to meet my tour bus. Also, after I left I discovered that I had left my phone charger in the room. I contacted them and they were kind enough to take it to the hotel in San Jose where I would be staying in a few days.
