Magical. Beautiful setting with magnificent views. The owners went out of their way to make sure we felt at home and showed us around this amazing hotel they had built. We only stayed a night but with more time you can explore the many trails and waterfalls on their estate. The road to the hotel was unmade but that was no problem, just slow.

Fernando the host is a treasure. He is polite, a real gentleman, but upon request loads us with abundant information on all of our Costa Rica holiday plans. Silent neighborhood. Tastefully decorated rooms. Good breakfast. Can just recommend, 10 of 10 points.

A beautiful small hotel - elegant, comfortable, excellent and helpful staff. Not in a main tourist hub but definitely good for a night or two in combo with other stays or for work.
