The maneger made us feel at home from we came till we left. We stayed for 4 nights ( 1 extra) He was very helpfull and friendly. The rooms were sporless, clean towels every day, extra towel for swimming-pool and most important, they emptied the bin every day. The pictures don’t serve the property justice, it’s much better in person. The bungalow is very spacious and ideal for a family of 5 adults, with its own private patio space and access to the pool and hot tub. Very quiet and private and a perfect place to spend Christmas.

Fantastic position, friendly helpful host, very relaxed, good breakfast, stunning views. Host very knowledgeable about local fauna and flora. Saw sloths, monkeys, macaws, toucans agoutis from the poolside.

Air conditioning, fridge, stove, everything works as expected, place is near to Marina Ballena National Park and in it's vicinity has some local stores for shopping basic needs, I came in some minutes past 9 pm for a check-in and checked-out around 6 am which was outside time interval for checking, and crew didn't made a fuss about

There's an uplifted elegant energy throughout the grounds, from the security guard to the cleaning staff. Our two story unit smelled like rich wood. The layout was excellent design for safety, privacy, and super comfortable beds, chairs. AC was great in each bedroom, fans, curtains all clean and in great condition. The bathrooms lighting, hot water and linen quality were exceptional. It is worth mentioning that there we few mosquitos for Ojochal. The space is ample and well equipped for cooking or working remotely, even if there were several occupants. I could stay here long term. My 14 year relaxed. He enjoyed the pool, and commented on how intelligent the whole plaza was with a pharmacy, spa services, bar, store and restaurant all weaved together with hotel. We cannot say enough about the restaurant and we booked another night at end of trip because my son has to come back for more. Citrus is a gem. Families can relax and enjoy pool day, see many bird and plant species.

Was only here for a night but loved it. It’s very clean and looks nice, I would say better than the photos. I stayed in the «Superior Pod in a room of 10» and it was great. Comfy, privacy, aircon, space to put your bag by your bed, big locker, lights and charging outlets by your bed. We got free towels and really good free breakfast. Friendly staff and plenty of social area. Super near the bus station. Really good pizzeria next door. Highly recommend!
