Great hotel, great location, excellent service. The apartments are beautiful, the hotel is super clean, daily impeccable cleaning, service is very attentive. They offer breakfast, but no lunch or dinner, but they suggested to us the restaurant opposite, The garden of Eden, which has the best food of the area and we either had dinner there or did take- away (there is also a nice playground in the restaurant so that kids can enjoy the evening as well). The hotel has a beautiful garden, big swimming pool and a playground. And free raking. It is one minute drive from Makronissis beach, 1 from the MUSAN and only 4 from the nicest beach in Ayia Napa (Nissi beach). We will definitely return!

Breakfast was exceptional! The beach was just so beautiful, and the room was spacious and spotless. The little supermarket is a great bonus (kids would love it!) The hospitality is unmatched. Shout-out to Georgia and Panayiota! Thank you ladies for helping us get the moms' trip outta the chat group (especially that our flights got cancelled several times!) When we explained what happened, we were upgraded and treated like royalty! Great place for moms and kids, or moms in need of a break!

The hotel was very clean and elegant, and situated close both to the beach and the center. The staff were all very helpful and friendly, with some even taking the time to remember my room number and nationality. One of the bartenders, who is also Bulgarian, even came to say hi, which was very nice. Other staff members also helped me carry my luggage to the room, and then to the taxi to the airport. The hotel offered breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and each started on the dot. The food was so varied, filling, and delicious. I especially liked how they included local dishes, too. My room was spacious and clean, and my balcony did indeed overlook the sea. I had two sets of chairs: inside and outside on the balcony. I also had a big TV, a bathrobe, and slippers. There was room service with a lot of choices. I really liked that the hotel was environmentally-minded, as they encouraged us to reuse towels and soaps. There were several pools that were cleaned every day, a wet bar, an outside bar, and an inside one. There were also many spa services offered, which I, however, did not try out. I guess that gives me a reason to go back to this wonderful hotel!

I liked other beaches better than the one directly outside...

I liked other beaches better than the one directly outside my hotel but visiting the other beaches was phenomenal - despite the weather. It was off-season and very quiet as it was December. It was nice to go and we enjoyed it but we were using the holiday to assess this area of Cyprus for relocation so we weren't in true holiday mode. The weather was absolutely atrocious with a storm and driving rain (4-14 Dec 2025) and quite cold so it curtailed some of our visits to view things. We popped across to Paphos for 3 days and the sun came out - albeit a minor earthquake happened - and we enjoyed it more to be honest. There were more things to see and do. I suspect we only enjoyed it more because the weather was warmer. Visiting off-season you'll find many things are closed as they are built around tourists for the most part. There was still enough restaurants to visit to have a choice though, so that was good. Overall it is a beautiful area - more so in the summer when things are open - and that fact would have been more obvious if we'd have had the weather to explore as well. I walked around in my trainers and each time I got back to the hotel I had to use the hairdryer to dry them out! This is unusual though. I liked beaches close to the Turkish border

We loved Ayia Napa!

We loved Ayia Napa! The beaches, the people, and the restaurants were all fantastic – it was perfect. Our favorite spots were Sandy Beach and the harbor area. We enjoyed dining at Soho 79 Bar. The town was very easy to get around, and there are plenty of great family-friendly activities, like water parks and boat trips, which are perfect for families with young children.

We went out of season, and it was beautiful. I can’t imagine what it would be like in full season, looks like it would be too lively for me, but out of season it was amazing. Beauties beaches, promenades for miles, interesting area. Loved it

Ayia Napa is beautiful, with a great variety of crystal-clear beaches. The best months to visit are September to November, as it is less crowded compared to the summer. The nightlife continues until December, and thanks to Cyprus having sun almost all year round, you can still enjoy warm, pleasant weather.

Ayia Napa is a clubbing focal point, so staying in the center of town is not for the faint of heart. In the downtown everywhere you look there are restaurants, clubs, shops, etc. The clubs play crazy loud music and the party goers make noise in the streets late into the night. Cyprus as a whole is quite safe and easy-going. There is a fantastic array of food on offer with various cuisines. The beaches are family-oriented and very crowded. So if you are looking for more solitude or adventure, best to avoid them. The alternative are the rocky coves outside the town to the east, but they are much more difficult to get to, as you leave the walkway, and riddled with razor sharp rocks (make sure to bring adequate foot ware). It is difficult to swim there if there are waves, but seawater is very clean there. Overall a great place to visit but not ideal for an alternative lifestyle traveler.

Ayia Napa is extremely clean, with well-maintained beaches...

Ayia Napa is extremely clean, with well-maintained beaches and everything conveniently within reach, we visited Pantachou beach & Nissi beach. It was very peaceful, and the weather and sea were excellent in October, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The staff at this hotel made us feel so welcome, they really took the time to make sure we had everything we needed (special shout out to MT the bar lady!). The facilities including the pool and the 24 hour bar were really lovely and the food/ drink was nice and good prices. I’d highly recommend this hotel for groups of people who are coming to ayia napa for the nightlife as it’s a one minute walk to the strip making it extremely convenient.

It was my birthday and I received a complementary bottle of Prosecco - breakfast is rich, good and healthy - if you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing hotel in the heart of Ayia Napa, this is the right place

I have been to several hotels in Ayia Napa. I have been here for two weeks. This is the best hotel on the island. The place is big and beautiful, good food. The beds in the rooms are comfortable and it was also completely dark outside! (For those who like to sleep well). Highly recommend

Brilliant location for access to Ayia Napa - can walk in 10/15 minutes. The hotel was comfortable but by far the best bit was the staff - they were so friendly and genuinely couldn’t do enough to help us.
