Extremely friendly host, she made all the arrangements without us to worry about, made sure we reach the correct location, she also arranged water bottles and stuffs for breakfast even-though it was explicitly mentioned anywhere. Property was situated close to all the amenities and near the marina/beach. Property was super neat, new and around 2-3 yrs old, everything including the appliances was in great shape. loved the infinity pool and the view.

Especially the location of the hotel struck us positively from the beginning. Directly at the Akamas National Park, close to nature. Very beautifully designed grounds with garden (from which even tea, figs, honey and homemade jams are offered at breakfast). The directly adjacent beach is simply beautiful! Great water and not very touristy, even trees that provide shade. Our room was large and the cleanliness good. Wi-Fi worked perfectly. Comfortable bed, modern bathroom with ample facilities to hang wet towels. Breakfast was of good quality with sufficient choice. There was even homemade lemonade and jams. The prices on the menu and for the buffet in the evening are reasonable and not overpriced. The staff are really exceptionally friendly and the hotel dog and stray cats very cute! All in all, a very special, friendly hotel with excellent price! The nicest we had on the whole island.

Breakfast was excellent/ choice of cooked breakfast available- all consisting of fresh top quality products. The in-house restaurant exceeds any other local restaurants when it comes to value, extensive range and freshness. Portions were very generous. Evening meals were superb! Staff were all very kind and eager to please. Being the only hotel in the area that is right on the beach had its advantages- being able to rest while listening to the waves was a treat! Excellent view of the whole Bay. Ideal location for a restful stay and also for easy access to the Akamas National park. Parking available. It’s my second visit within a year and I would not stay anywhere else in Polis/ Latchi

All I can say is - brilliant! Brand new, very clean and quiet place. 2 minutes walk from the beach, great communication with the owner. I had a great rest before going to the mountains. The pod is in a great location for exploring the Polis / Akamas forest areas. It was immaculate inside and adequate for 2 of us. Communication from the owner was excellent. Kitchenette was stocked with plates etc sufficient for a family & BBQ area outside with seating was made even better with the stunning views. There is a large outdoor area with plenty of room for parking. Staying in March we didn't need the heating or Aircon as it was cosy enough. Even though it's on a main road it's not that busy so it wasn't an issue.
