Everything was super! It was the best place in the Cyprus. Very clean rooms. There was all you need. Very nice poolarea and it was useable in the winter, too. There was best climate in the Cyprus, too :) Every day was sun on the January. Very good city, very good shops and restaurants and coffee... Nissi Beach is only 5-10 minutes with car. The best beach.

Everything, just amazing 😍. First, I have to thank Emanuela (the host). She is just wonderful. She came to pick us up at the bus station , gave us a tour around the area and provided us with useful information about the area. As we arrived at the apartment we found chocolates and a bottle of water. The apartment is clean and when we arrived there was a very nice smell. The apartment is complete with all the amenities required to live in. We were also provided with extra bedsheets and towels. We found cleaning products, salt,pepper,oil... On our last day Emanuela came to pick us from the apartment and dropped us at the bus station again. The area is just super amazing. We loved Protaras ( easily accessible by bus from apartment). It has nice beaches, great restaurants/pubs and marvellous entertainment.

The apartment was very nice, clean, and spacious. The kitchen was functional and really helped us with cooking. The location was great, just 5 minutes by car from the beach. The owners were very helpful and kind. We had a really good time!

Good bus service if you know which bus timetable!

Good bus service if you know which bus timetable! Something to do for everyone and every age. Lovely beaches just get there early. Been many times before and we'll be back again. Kapparis is quieter than protarus and pernera but plenty bars and great restaurants. Staff are great too. Pig and whistle, mambos and twilight bar (George and helen) are our favourites. But everywhere is good. Try "no plates" in paralimni it is what it says!! Further out mousikos and old simos exceptional always book.

Cyprus Sun was very convenient for us, as we visit this area twice a year and this was the best location we have found so far. It is mid-placed between Paralimini and Kapparis, which are the 2 areas we frequent the most, particularly loved for all its coves which provide the best areas for swimming, snorkelling and if you are lucky you will also see a turtle!

It’s very clean, excellent supermarkets, easy to drive and park, lots of great shops, the people are friendly. Very easy to drive to Ayia Napa, protaras, and other nearby villages, everything is a 10-15 minute drive away. Can not recommend this villa and location more highly!!!

Paralimni, is a great location if you don't like the bustle...

Paralimni, is a great location if you don't like the bustle of Ayia Napa. Fairly quiet, but lots of excellent bars and restaurants all within easy walking distance. They seem to be upgrading Kapparis, its looking quite good. A few of the "ex pat" bars are gone or been taken over by locals. These I have to say are a vast improvement. As a side note, I booked using booking.com, but was directed to "Stay". I was in contact with them a few times whilst there, I think they are based in Nicosia, they were excellent, easily contactable.

People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least...

People in Paralimni are very nice but it is the least pedestrian-friendly city I have ever visited. NOBODY walks in Paralimni. NOBODY. The streets are designed to deter anyone from walking too: there are no tree-lined streets to provide shade from the sun, no benches and, worst of all, no commitment to PAVEMENTS. If you're not a driver in Paralimni, don't stay there longer than a week. Other than that, the food is amazing and the drinks in cafés are the best I've ever had.

We lived in the villa for 2 weeks. Very simple check-in instructions. At our request, they provided a ent bad and a high chair. Requests were responded to immediately. The villa requires cosmetic repairs, but this is not essential for a beach holiday. The sea is a 3-minute walk away. A small calm bay with turquoise water. Quiet street with villas, no traffic. There are many restaurants nearby (I especially liked the Italian and fish tavern). Also very good supermarkets ( Best Valeu and Metro ) A place for a relaxing and safety holiday.

I was in solo trip for 4 nights. I check out yesterday I came to visit my family in Cyprus. This was very nice place and clean. All the equipment was there. Close to local shop. I will definitely come back again. The owner answered all my questions. If you're looking for a place to stay please book this place. Just like in the picture the room is lovely and big. We had a lovely stay in this beautiful property. The house was well equipped and had everything we needed. The host was extremely helpful and accommodating. Walking distance from Yianna Marie the one of the amazing beaches of Cyprus. Quiet location and ideal for family.
