We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff was incredibly welcoming, pleasant, and always ready to assist. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, very clean, roomy balcony and all corresponding to the photos. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a delightful stay.

Stunning new property with amazing staff that were very attentive. Was such a pleasure staying at this property. Fully equipped with kitchen and washing machine. Lovely huge balconies and plenty of light and stunning pool area and rooftop!

Host was really kind and helpful, she was there to answer all the questions and help with any needs we had. Apartment has stunning view from the balcony and bedroom - it is really worth to pay for it, and enjoy having meals there, looking at palms and the sea. Apartment had all the facilities listed in the offer, I would also add plenty of electrical adapters (EU <> UK), beach towels, possibility to borrow beach umbrella - it lowers those small additional costs. Parking space with a roof - how good it was to enter a car in the morning. Last but not least, you may grab one or two lemons straight from the tree and play with host's dog - our kids had real fun :) AC works well.

    We chose a strategy of staying in a relatively central location, between Larnaca/Limassol and Ayia Napa, and rented a car. The drives were relatively short, around 30–45 minutes, with clear roads, no traffic, and a highway running across the country. I recommend others do the same.

    If we did not have friends living there, we would have...

    If we did not have friends living there, we would have needed a car, but there is a good bus service into Larnaca, where buses go to other parts of the island. There were good small supermarkets and a bakery nearby, and lovely cafés.

    Oroklini as a location is not really fair - Oroklini is many...

    Oroklini as a location is not really fair - Oroklini is many things. This one apartment near the main road was without any view, but it does offer parking at least out of season. There are plenty of eateries, but not exactly a noisy and bustling night scene. Generally very reasonably priced - if sometimes rather tourist oriented. Bars and cafes and several great Indian restaurants andfresh seafood, but no loud night spots. Like that or seek elsewhere! The beach is an easy walk away - and it's a nice beach - season from April till November. However Oroklini is also all the way up past the highway - and up the hills - up there you can get a brilliant view in some of the highest locations. Dont miss the Oroklini Lake/Marsh, if you are at all interested in birds - Cyprus is a very nice spot to watch the migrating birds especially in spring and autumn. Help also by protesting against the rampant netting and gluesticking of the birds, that is illegal but widely practiced anyway. Certain restaurants with local fare will even offer cooked tiny songbirds - leave those immediately of course! I find a car useful everywhere, but there is a certain service with busses to town and also further on towards Agia Napa etc. Not very fast or frequent, but its cheap and it does work.

    Oriklini is a very nice village with plenty of amenities, restaurants, shops for all your needs and very good bars. It is well situated with easy access from the motorway and Larnaca Airport. There are beaches within 3 kilometres

    Voroklini is a lovely village and has everything you need for your stay, this ranges from the local supermarket, hairdressers, tapa’s bars, restaurants, 24 hour bakery and other local business. One of our fallacies to visit and eat was a lovely little cafe called Butterflies, the food was outstanding along with the service, both ladies who work at this establishment were lovely and nothing was to much for them, I would say the food was the best in the village

    A nice traditional village, good food lots of places to eat and be entertained, you need a car to go to the many beaches and visit the more vibrant nightlife. Vorokline is more suited to the family with young children and adults but not too far from Larnaka where the teenagers can find plenty to do

    The apartment itself was exactly as described, its new and good maintained. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. What made our experience exceptional were the landlords, Gabi and Jose, who are very welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. The combination of property and outstanding hosts was really great rental experience. Good location for renting/ sharing car and exploring many great beaches between Larnaca - Oroklini area and all the way up to Agia Napa.

    Location fantastic for local amenities and near the Lithos Bar which is the main restaurant, bar and entertainment centre in Oroklini. The apartment itself is very quaint, comfortable and very well presented. Just a suberb place to relax and stay. The host even provided a greek salad, water and a can of beer as complimentary items and this was well received and very thoughtful. A lovely place to be with gardens also to relax in. Just lovely.

    Brand new appartments with great design, very friendly staff, easy to find, close to Larnaca. There is 24/7 service, nice refrigerator in the lobby, with needed refreshing drinks and food. the all neighborhood and apparentments are secured and intercom is there for each appartment. Some activities are available for gusests, such as cocktail by the pool, welness talk, etc..lot of parking available.

    Nice apartement in a relatively new building with private parking space. Good location if you have a car (some 10 km from Larnaca). Apartement is big with a kitchen and living room, bedroom, bathroom and a balcony. Kitchen has everything you need. Great value for money. The owner is a really nice lady, very helpful at anytime.
