I like everything about it—the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was running late to the restaurant and accidentally forgot my electric key at the hotel. I contacted the staff through Booking Messenger and got instructions immediately on how to find a spare key. The room is a perfect size, very clean, and newly renovated; the bed and pillows are comfortable. I slept like a baby! And finally, the location. You can't wish any better! It is in the heart of Prague.
