Very comfortable and clean rooms. Double bed is exactly double bed not two beds put together which is amazing and very good if to stay with the kids who sleeps in your bed. Additionally they have a huge indoor playground. Delicious breakfast with good food selection.

Amazing place! Best stay we had in our whole trip, where we visited 6 countries. Very spacious, well equipped, located in a beautiful area. This place had everything we needed and so much more. The owner was polite and helpful. Best part - pet friendly, and around the property there is plenty of space to walk the dog.

The surroundings of Malé Svatoňovice are beautiful, ideal for electric bikes. We don't go to restaurants, we cooked ourselves in the equipped kitchen. Transport is great, accommodation is close to the train station and bus stop. There is nothing that would bother me here and I would like to avoid it.
