THAYA vinařství is the ultimate two day trip from Prague. The facilities are modern, the food is exceptional, and the wine is delicious! Staff were super friendly and helpful which is a nice change from the usual treatment you get in the Czech Republic. There is a free-to-use Spa and nice spots for hiking around. 10/10 would recommend for a getaway with your partner

Very nice and professional staff. Small hotel with a personal touch (even the self check-in does no harm to this). Breakfast is excellent and also here, the friendly staff takes care of individual requests. Wellness area is both very clean and private. Location near a beautiful natural park.

Nový Šaldorf is an excellent starting point for cyclists and walkers, there are many interesting trips in the area. Moreover, it is close to Znojmo. In Šaldorf itself there are many wineries and cellars with excellent wine. And if you catch an event of the wine association, then you are in luck.

Wine region on the outskirts of Znojmo.

Wine region on the outskirts of Znojmo. You can walk to the center and back with a longer walk, it's only a few minutes by car. The area is known to wine lovers, there are many cellars in the local winegrowers' association, and in connection with the center of Znojmo you won't be bored.

In this hotel you are among the cellars, which when they are open, are close to the hotel. The pizzeria makes excellent pizza, but they make it better here :-D, the staff is helpful. Transport to Znojmo by taxi or bus, but we walked. A nice walk of about 2 km to the monastery from where the train will take you through the city and it is worth it.
