A wonderful place and wonderful, helpful and friendly owners. The spacious apartment is equipped with everything you need for everyday living, including a coffee machine, washing machine, dishwasher, and laundry and dishwashing detergent. Guests were welcomed with apples and coffee. There's a bike storage area in the building (in summer) and a ski storage area in winter. We'll definitely be back next year.

The location was perfect for skiing! The rooms are freshly renewed, and it was exeptionally clean and cosy. Breakfast was very good with freshly baked buns and excellent coffee! The last but not least, we loved the host!! The lady is very nice, chatty and helpful, which made our stay even better! :) We thoroughly recommend the Penzion and will happily stay here again when visiting Destne v Orlickich Horah.

There is a grocery store near the accommodation, which is also very well stocked with drugstore goods, household items, etc. There is a ski slope nearby, and the Utz mechanical nativity scene and the Feist Hill lookout tower are also worth seeing.

Ideal for hiking with beautiful views.

Ideal for hiking with beautiful views. In the vicinity there is the possibility of visiting bunkers or rock formations (e.g. Bludné skály). I also recommend it for trips with smaller children, you can plan shorter trips for them, e.g. exploring plants, trees, birds, etc.

It's a beautiful and quiet village, easily accessible from...

It's a beautiful and quiet village, easily accessible from the Polish side. It can be an excellent base for hiking trips (without the need for a car) in the mountains. Anyone who wants to explore the Polish side – Lewin, Kudowa, and beyond – will also be pleased. There's a very good and beautiful trail to Orlica and beyond. Many different options are available for hiking.

It's a small town and feels deserted.

It's a small town and feels deserted. For us, this was a huge plus compared to the hustle and bustle of nearby towns in Poland. There's one bar in the market square, and you can grab a bite to eat and a drink. We mainly used it as a place to stay overnight and relax. It was 100% perfect!

A beautiful corner of the Czech Republic.

A beautiful corner of the Czech Republic. Whether you are a cyclist or a military history lover. Excellent beer from the local brewery Agent. Both pubs on the square have excellent food. Truly beautiful nature in the entire vicinity of Olešnice.
